Art Usage Info:
*All images and content on this site are copyright EBC

Q. Can I use one of your images on my site?
A. Unless you paid for the image, No. I can't keep track of all the sites
that use my stuff; I don't have the time.
Q. Can I modify one of your images for my own use?
A. That's
quite illegal. Flat out NO.
Q. Can I use on of your characters as a portrait for one
of my own?
A. No. My characters are personal to me, and often a crapload of time,
thought, soul and energy goes into their creation. If you'd like a character
portrait, why not request one?
Q. What about downloading gallery images for personal
use?
A. That's cool, if you want to download my stuff for personal use; be
it you'd like to give me a gift picture of one of my characters and you need
the reference, or you just like an image. As long as you're not copying,
distributing, stealing or whatever and claming it as your own. That
is illegal
Q. Would you let me use an illustration for a publication?
A. It's a possibility. I'd love to see my work in print. But you have
to ask for my permission first, and I must get credit for the image in the publication.
Q. I found your art work on someone else's site and they say
they did it. (IE, stealing my work, GRR!) What should I do?
A. Please email me the link and a short description of what you found. It would
be much appreciated
Q: Can I make a print of one of your images?
A: No. Not only will it probably end up printing horribly due to compression
and extremely low dpi, I also don't appreciate it. I love that you love my art
so much you'd make a print. If you really want a print,
I can make you one.
Mostly Commissions info:
Please note that with all images I retain all image rights, and may chose to sell prints of your commission at a later date. If you have a webpage and want to display the image on it, feel free. However, I would appreciate a link back to my site and credit for the image's creation. I reserve the right to display your commission on my own webpage. I reserve the right to display your commission on my own webpage and to make prints of that image for selling purposes and/or to promote myself in a portfolio.
If you intend to use the image for commercial use I require an extra fee. This is because I will need to sign the image rights over to you. For individuals the fee starts at $50. (Depending on the complexity of the piece and it's intended use will determine its actual price.)
You can not legally use my work (even if you commissioned it) to make prints, put on t-shirts, posters, anything, unless you have my written permission. The only way you get that is by paying a waiver fee.
*Pictures with a star/asterisk (*) next to their title are ones I do not hold the copyright to. They were probably done as a request with a paid waiver fee so the commissioner could use the image to put on products, or something. I can not be held responsible for what they do with the image.
Q. Do you offer refunds/ a money back policy?
A. When you commission me you are paying for my time and my services.
If you waste that time or those services you have wasted my valuable time,
which I often don't have a whole lot of. Paying me is putting me in a contract
to serve you; whether you take advantage of that service is up to you. Thus
I do not offer any refund policies.
